Easter Blessings

Welcome.  I am so happy that you stopped by.  My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit and relax with a cup of tea.  Our Roses are in their first bloom of the year and I thought you may enjoy a little peek at them in my front yard while you sip your tea.

Bentley, my Studio Assistant, wanted to wear his rabbit ears to set the tone for Easter Roses  in our garden.

The Roses are all in the front yard as that is where the sun is!

We lost a lot of our Inpatients to the horrible airborne virus last year; however, some of them were spared and we are hoping the ones in bloom this year will make it.

My favorite Roses are the Our Lady of Guadalupe - they are the old fashion fragrant  Roses and seem to last longer than the newer ones.

My Eastside Art Group decorated Easter eggs yesterday by using old silk men's ties and transferring the colors onto the eggs.  The colors were amazing.

Thank  you for stopping by.  I sincerely appreciate your visits, e-mails, comments and those who follow my blog.

Wishing you and your family a Joyful and Happy Easter filled with Blessings.   Erin

gorgeous flowers . . . amazing eggs . . . sweet bunnies - everything looks beautiful.

My first goal of retirement was to have a perfect English garden. Then we got a puppy!

It is always a pleasure to stop by your blog Erin, read your words and look at your garden.
Are the white roses Iceberg ? It seems I can recognise them.
The border is perfect with the bright colours of Impatiens and the rose bushes in the background.
Happy Easter to you.

Erin, your garden is simply stunning. I think the roses this year, even without rain are so pretty. I have just started my dead heading on the first blooms in the front yard, as the were the first to be pruned.
You and Bentley have a wonderful Easter and I just love all your decorations and the eggs - oh how beautiful.

Bentley is hilarious! Love all your Easter motif in your garden. Just beautiful Erin. You mentioned wanting to read my Woman's World moving article. If you click on the link in my blog post that you commented on, the article shows up in full so you can read it and email the link to your sis. The mag should still be in stores now too I think, but not for long since it's a weekly. Hope you have a blessed Easter! Kathryn

Hi Erin dear - and Bentley in your bunny ears!!!

Wow, your garden looks especially beautiful in celebration of Easter - what amazing roses - are the white ones Iceberg? I really want to grow some here but with the crazy winter weather and now three nights of freezing temps, just when it had started to warm up, it's been really hard in the garden. But you know NC, always full of surprises.

Those bunnies and the beautiful eggs are stunning - what a great idea.

Enjoy the Easter weekend -sending many blessings your way.
Hugs - Mary
