Vintage Flea Market

Welcome. I am so happy that you stopped by. You are just in time to take a little trip with me to the Vintage Flea Market in Old Town Tustin to look for treasurers for my Spring Garden. It is raining . . . if you would like to go with me . . . grab you rain coat and rain boots and let's go.

Bentley is all ready to go - looks like he managed to wiggle out of his raincoat .

By the time we arrived - the rain stopped and the sun came out. Rainy days are great for shopping Flea Markets as lots of times the rain keeps buyers away and there is more to choose from.

The wonderful old truck looked right at home parked in front of the Vintage Flea Market.

Let's see what we can find . . . .

I found two fun items for my garden - let's take Bentley to the little park next to the Flea Market and then go back home and I will show you my finds. The tiny little garden has two benches and the fence is decorated with reproduction farm packaging labels depicting the citrus farming history of Old Town Tusitn

Citrus packaging labels.

Back home in the garden . . . finally . . . Spring bulbs are beginning to bloom .

I have been looking for an old red wagon to display plants in my garden and finally found one at the Vintage Flea Market today. A little Radio Flyer just the right size.

My other find was this adorable vintage garden girl with a big bonnet. She was only $5.00 and fit right in with the Spring plants that are starting to bloom.

Isn't she charming?

Thank you for visiting my blog. I love hearing from you and sincerely appreciate you visit, comments, and those of you who follow my blog. If you would like to see my paint something special or have any questions, please leave me a comment or send me an e-mail.

Have a lovely week. Blessings, Erin

Bentley and you certainly know the best places to visit. I love old town Tustin. Your flowers are beautiful. I have daffodils only as the deer eat everything else. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Erin, I wish I could have been there with you and Bentley shopping in the rain at vintage flea market. I love to be out in the rain! It's sprinkling here in Vegas tonight, and I hope we get a little more tomorrow. I love the radio flyer wagon you found too. Enjoy your Sunday.

Oh Erin, I wish I could have gone! I saw so many things that caught my eye. What lovely place you are able to visit. I guess you sent the rain our way since that is what we have now. At least we did have four days in the 60's and 70's!

Erin, I love everything about your blog. It brings me such joy to look at it. Do you ever take special requests to paint signs for the garden? The little girl with the sunbonnet on that is swinging, I see that she is attached to that picket fence. Is that section of picket fence attached to something or how does it stand alone? Something like that would be so cute in our breezeway, which is a concrete area between house and garage..like a big concrete patio that runs from the house to the garage.
