Welcome. I am so happy you stopped by. I just returned from my friend Cathy Jarrell's charming shop, The Vintage Lady ,where she is hosting an Herb Fest today. Shopping in her fragrant garden full of herbs, scented geraniums and glorious Spring flowers inspired me to make you a cup of Mint Tea. Would you like to join me in my garden and relax and I will share my photos of Cathy's garden with you.
We are having a glorious day and Bentley, my Studio Assistant, is already in the garden enjoying the Spring flowers
After visiting Cathy's garden I decided to add pops of bright orange flowers to my garden and love the look. My old Rocket vintage bicycle basket is perfect for planting colorful flowers.
I found the adorable Easter rabbits at Ross for $5.99 each. I loved the peach outfits and thought they would like great with the new orange flowers.
Bentley is not sure what to make of the rabbits in his garden.
St Francis is all dressed up for Easter .
Enough of my garden. Let's visit Cathy's charming and whimsical garden.
Her front window is pure whimsy and all dressed up with the cutest bug you have ever seen. Have you ever seen a bug wearing an apron and carrying a butterfly net? Adorable.
The garden is located behind her shop in a precious vintage cottage
.
The old wagon is filled with fragrant herbs.
Cathy's garden features a large selection of hard to find heirloom and vintage flowers.
A darling topiary bunny.
She specializes in using found and recycled items as planters.
Cathy designs the adorable signs and has a local artist paint them.
The adorable Easter basket was designed by Cathy.
I will be taking a little Easter Break to spend time with my family and friends and will be back on April 10th.

That is so nice you adorned St. Francis for the Easter season. I like Cathy's signs and wondered where she got them, until I read that they are hand painted for her.
Nice visit.
Well, of course that looks like a wonderful spot to spend some time and money. I'd love to go there! Now I'm going to visit her website!
I love all of the beauty. Thank you for the wonderful photos...sandi
Hello Erin! What a lovely post...I need garden picture to look at right now as we are just starting to green up here in Kansas. Here on the farm the former owners didn't do much with the yard so there are only a handful of flowers in the yard and they are all the same...daylily's and about 4 Irises and two rose bushes that were so over grown and neglected that by the time I cut every thing back there wasn't much left! Your photo's make me smile and dream of thingsto come. I hope you have a wounderful time with your family. Take care. Maura
You are so right about the bright cheer of orange flowers. I love your bicycle and the pair of Wabbits widing on it. Bentley is such a handsome studio assistant. Thank you for sharing another charming place. Happy Spring...
Beautiful photos Erin, thanks for sharing! Have a nice Easter break with your family.

Hi Erin
Thanks for the tour of the shop. What wonderful things she has there. I love the tea set in the first photo. It is so beautiful!
Hugs, Rhondi
A lovely visit to the Vintage Lady. I wish I lived close enough to visit live.
Everything looks so pretty - the bunnies are so cute too! Bentley looks a little puzzled by them :)
Beautiful photos. Looks like spring is in full spring where you live.
Truly a delicious and inspiring blog! I love the way you added the whimsical details to your garden! I adore bunnies in the garden..have a bunny trail myself..however mine really struggle during the winter...in early Spring I see damage to their feet and tails..I suppose I should over winter in the garden shed! St. Francis never looked happier...I have one too.
It was a delight stopping by and I'll surely will come by again!
Happy Easter and many blessings to you!A true pleasure to meet you!
Thanks for the lovely photos Erin...I wanted to stop by and wish you a delightful Easter.

Happy Easter! All your beautiful photos sure spells out Spring!
I think we are at last catching up with your pretty area with Spring blooming everywhere - BUT so hot and so much pollen all at once, this week has seen us choking as clouds of yellow envelope everything like a fog! According to the weatherman, the heaviest pollen ever!!
I've hesitated to hang out my lovely WELCOME sign you painted, don't want it covered in pollen, so hopefully some rain will fall tonight and wash it all away.
Hope you and Bentley will be back here soon - and that your Easter break was fun. Your garden pics are so pretty, so much color!
Erin, I've now started a new blog - can't post pics on ACROSS THE POND anymore thanks to Google's no-customer service following a storage purchase error for my photos - a real mess! Find me here now -
