Happy Summer painting Zinnias

Welcome.  I am so happy that you stopped by. My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit for a few minutes with a cup of tea while I share with you the inspirations for my art. Zinnias are one of my favorite  cut flowers and I love painting their happy faces.

Let's join Bentley, my Garden/Studio Assistant to see what is blooming today.

I love to pick the Zinnias as soon as they are blooming and arrange them in vintage Ball jars.

I will be donating a small painting to a breast cancer fund raiser and decided to pick all pink ones for the painting.

Thank you for stopping by.  I love hearing from you and sincerely appreciate your visits, e-mails, comments and those of you following my blog.

Have a lovely week.  Blessings, Erin

My zinnias are standing tall with one flower on each plant. I need to read up on how to make the bloom.

I love the old fashioned zinnias too! I'm anxiously awaiting their blooms now so I can paint them too! Your pictures and painting are lovely!

Erin, I stopped by yesterday but had to rush off. Of course, I don't mind one bit coming back today. :) I can linger in your garden and those colors all day. I love your painting, but that yellow teacup is calling my name. It is DIVINE.
Love and blessings!

Oh, the color here is simply dazzling! It's too early in Michigan for my favorite Zinnia but I can't wait to see them burst! I know your painting will be a great hit!
