Daffodils Here, There, Everywhere

Welcome.  I am so happy that you stopped by.  My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit and relax with a cup of tea while I share the inspirations for my art.  I love this time of year when the Spring bulbs are blooming  - every year around this time when the Daffodils are blooming - Trader Joe's sell bunches of daffodils for $2-29 a bunch and I can't resist buying bunches of them to decorate my home and garden.

Let's join Bentley, my Studio Assistant in the garden to look for the perfect painterly bunch to paint.

I decided to paint the Daffodils in the Ball jar with the purple Pansy plant peeking around the edge.

Thank you for stopping by.  I love hearing from you and sincerely appreciate your visits, e-mails, comments and those who follow my blog.  Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see me paint something special.

Have a lovely week.  Blessings, Erin

Blue, purple, yellow - always perfect together and especially lovely in your garden Erin. That pose by Bentley makes me want to hug him (does he like hugs?) and have him show me around your lovely corner of California!

Spring has arrived in NC - still cold at night but the days are warming and the blossoms are blooming. The magnolias (the ones they call tulip poplars here), in pale to deep pinks are lovely, no azaleas or dogwoods yet - they seem to be getting a late start this year.

My WELCOME sign you painted will soon be out on the front porch now the weather is warming up - always a happy day when I take it from hibernation in the potting shed!

Happy Spring dear, and may the blessings of Easter surround you in the garden.

Hugs to you and Bentley!
