Spring Giveaway/Help Pick My New Blog Banner

Welcome.  I am so happy that you stopped by.  My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit and relax and have a cup of tea while I share with you the inspirations for my art.  For Spring I am updating my blog with a new painting for my banner and WHO better to help me pick out the painting than YOU my readers.  I painted two garden paintings and as a thank you for helping pick one for the banner I am having a GIVEAWAY of a $50.00 TARGET GIFT CARD.

Let's join Bentley, My Studio Assistant, in the garden to show you the inspirations for the paintings.

The yellow watering can and green chair were just waiting to be painted.

My little potting table is always inspiration.

White daisies always add light to the paintings.

I love to add Gladiolus and use them a lot for height in my paintings.

I love the little glass cloche and old seed box and added them  to both of the paintings.

The green chair with red Geraniums was just waiting to be painted.  I decided to paint the chair red for a pop of color in The Garden Shop painting.

GIVE AWAY
To enter the giveaway simply leave me a comment or send me an e-mail as to which one you would like to see as my new bog banner - The Garden Shop or The Potting Shed.  The winner will be announced on Friday - May 4th.  Thank you for your participation.

Thank you for visiting.  I love hearing from you and sincerely appreciate your visits, comments, e-mails and those of you who follow my blog.  I will be back on May 4th to announce the winner of my Giveaway.

Have a lovely week.  Blessings,  Erin

Love all of the colors in your garden and in your paintings. Both of them are so gorgeous buy I will have to go with the potting shed painting. Look forward to seeing which painting wins!
Have a wonderful weekend!

They are both beautiful! However, I have to vote for the potting shed because I have been wanting one so bad. I have been searching and trying to come up with a really easy and cheap way to build one, or at least a potting bench.
The thing is - we've pretty much potted everything for the spring! LOL
Thanks for a chance to win!

I love them both, but The Garden Shop really stands out. It has a very bright and welcoming quality to it. And my eye is drawn to that red chair, and then the yellow flowers, and back again.

You truly have chance to do one of the things that I think are the best things in life...be inspired by your creations in nature and your love of color and texture. You have captured both in your work. I persoanlly love the potting shed becasue it reminds me of the love of our work in the garden. LOL Cynthia

I like the Potting Shed better because the background color makes the flowers pop. Your paintings are awesome.

I just found your blog and love it!
Your paintings remind me of Erin Dertner's paintings but brighter. I really liked the the garden shop but one of legs seemed to be missing. The Potting shed was more relaxed and soothing with the softer green. Both would be equally perfect!

Yes, they are both lovely, but I would choose the garden shop. The red chair in the foreground is such an explosion of color and gives a lot of interest to the piece. Your work is always so bright and happy. I think it is sweet that you asked all of us to take part in this choice. Have a great week, Connie :)
