Painting Hydrangeas

Welcome. I am so happy that you stopped by. My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit and relax with a cup of tea while I share the inspirations for my art. The Hydrangeas are beautiful this time of year. The sun is shining and the birds are singing. Let's join Bentley, my Studio Assistant, in the garden to look for inspiration.

Finding inspiration . . . . .

Here . . . . .

There . . . . . . .

Everywhere . . . . .

I picked a basket of blooms to paint.

Thank you for stopping by. I love hearing from you and sincerely appreciate your visits, comments, e-mails and those of you are following my blog. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see me paint something special.

Have a lovely week. Blessings. Erin

I'm so jealous! Those are beautiful, and so is the painting. We've had no luck with ours this year.

Hi Erin
I love hydrangeas and I am still enjoying the painting of hydrangeas I won from you. This one in the basket is lovely too.

Hi, Erin,
I would certainly get inspiration from your lovely garden "everywhere", too.

The painting is lovely.
I do like the second to last pic, with your gate, watering can, gravel etc. Lots of things to look at. xx

various bright colors of blue, pink or mauve.

I like Bentley, breathing in the hydrangeas and showing you the ones you need to paint! What a cute assistant you have.

Have a nice week.

Hydrangeas are my all-time favorite flowers. They are so dreamy and romantic with all their shades of blues and lavenders...sometimes pink. Your painting is superb! Wonderful job!
