Art In The Garden

Welcome. I am so happy that you stopped by. My garden gate is always open for you to come in and sit and relax with a cup of tea while I share with you the inspirations for my art. The sun is shining and the birds are singing and it is a beautiful day to create art in the garden.

Let's join Bentley, my Studio Assistant, in the garden to look for Pansies to paint.

Finding Inspiration . . . . .

There . . . .

Everywhere . . . . . . .

I love painting tera cota pots of pansies and decided to add a little bird nest.

I like to display my little paintings in the garden.

Bentley is so cute. It must be fun to be in the garden with him !
Your painting is an hymn to the color and I like the little nest you added and the red/purple pansie. Very pretty color.
I wish you a beautiful week.

  6. I love the painting and the nest. I saved a little nest made by some house wrens in a little planter hung on my front porch. I have some "fake" eggs and will put in in my grandchildren's small garden in my back yard. I will also add a tiny ceramic bird to sit on the nest. You have some much creativity and beauty in your garden - it is a delight to see.

    Love, Leslie
